Damaged / Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. An unboxing video and clear images of the product and packaging are mandatory for verification.

Unboxing Video Requirement

Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Refund Process

Once the issue is verified and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

7-Day Easy Return Policy

We want you to love your fragrance. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Simply contact our support team, and we will guide you through the return process. Returned products must be sent back in proper, unused condition along with the original packaging.

Once the returned product is received and approved, your refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
